The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and the largest marble island you have ever seen. You can cook up culinary masterpieces to serve up at the dining room table with seating for 12. The countertop provides additional seating for 4 more.
Or you can fire up the 6-burner BBQ outside grill to serve up your dishes at the alfresco dining table with seating for 10.
As the time seamlessly drifts by with friends and family, relax beneath the stars at the fire pit area.
The landscape lights will come on to create an intimate atmosphere, pop the welcome bottle of wine that we leave for you to get lost in dialogue with those closest to you.
And if you are sore from playing too many video games or ping pong, slip into the luxury Hot Tub with seating for 7 fitted with 92 jets!

The house has a huge living room with an expansive ceiling and blackout curtains throughout the place to disconnect from the outside World.
2 of the Master Bedrooms come with their own ensuite bathrooms. The enormous 32'x20' Master Bedroom has a luxury shower fitting with marble tiling, 2 rain showers, 12 body jets, and dual vanity.
The home is just 4 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale By-The-Sea Beach, known for its peaceful vibe and plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. If you prefer the Las Olas Boulevard restaurant and shopping scene, it is a mere 14 minutes away.
Everyone is going to enjoy a deep and restful sleep. Each bed has memory foam mattresses, high-quality linens, and plush pillows. All the curtains are black-out shades, providing you with a natural darkness for the perfect sleep. When you wake up, you can make some coffee on the Keurig coffee machine to jump-start your day.
Easy to work from home with 2 desks in their own private rooms. The one in the main Master BR is a stand-up desk with a monitor, ergonomic chair, and speakers, seamlessly plug in your laptop and you're set up to go on the nice monitor we have for you!
Bedroom and Bathroom
There are six bedrooms to call your resting place for the night. Four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor with 2 Master Bedrooms having their own Ensuite Bathrooms. The other 2 Bedrooms are located upstairs, providing You with the option for any sleeping arrangements you wish for.
The bathrooms come stocked with all the essential amenities, and we provide BPA-free shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
